Placing your order - Within two weeks, we will be scheduling your private ordering session.

Turn around time - Once your order has been placed, standard turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. Longer turnaround times may be required for large orders, orders where retouching is involved, or for orders made during holidays.

Receiving your completed order - Your completed order can be picked up at our studio, or mailed directly to your home.

Methods of payments - We accept cash, credit cards, checks and money orders. Session fees are due at the time the session is booked and ensures your date and time reservation. A 50% payment is required to place an order with full payment due upon delivery.
